En 2013, elle ouvre son cabinet médical à l’avenue Louis-Ruchonnet à Lausanne et exerce ses spécialités en matière de chirurgie à la Clinique Bois-Cerf. Attirée par la médecine et l’ingénierie, la Prof. Jolles-Haeberli bénéficie d’une formation multidisciplinaire poussée. En 1990, elle obtient, le diplôme d’ingénieur EPFL en microtechnique, puis en 1995, le diplôme fédéral suisse de médecin et son doctorat en médecine de l’Université de Lausanne. D’abord cheffe de clinique puis médecin cadre au sein du service universitaire du Prof. P.-F. Levraz en 2002, elle devient responsable de l’unité de chirurgie prothétique du genou et de la hanche du Service de Chirurgie Orthopédique et Traumatologie du CHUV en 2008. Ses recherches menées aussi bien dans le domaine fondamental que sur le plan clinique lui ont notamment valu d’être lauréate de plusieurs prix prestigieux, entre autres, le prix Nokia-Maillefer (EPFL), pour l’auteur d’un ouvrage scientifique ou encore le Prix Venel, la plus haute distinction scientifique de la Société Suisse d’Orthopédie et de Traumatologie.
